Pros

Their professionalism, trainings, and personal touch. Particularly liked Shannon Barstow who was my former Project Manager.

Cons

I wish my hours were more consistent from week to week.

Pros

Working from home 100% was great when they switched to that model during the pandemic. Most of Ops was kept remote afterwards as well

Cons

Very low pay compared to market, only 6 paid holidays a year, no sick time, limited options for benefits and the options we did have weren't great. Constantly adding responsibilities to your job without more pay and towards the last half of the 8 years I was there they changed my job duties so much without a promotion or raise. When someone retired and they didn't backfill the position they asked us all to learn and absorb her responsibilities without an increase in pay because "that's what you do on a team".
