Pros

- Like-minded individuals - Free resources to further professional growth I would recommend working here to acquire industry experience, but don't stay here for your whole career.

Cons

- Pay is lacking compared to other companies - Benefits could be a bit better (They aren't horrible by any means. Just some parts of it are kinda meh) - PTO system needs a major overhaul. You have to use it to cover holidays, and there are 5-6 holidays that are recognized. That's almost half of the max PTO you can have.
