Pros

Even if you do not have too much experience with recruitment field, you are able to work in this. It is a doable job and not that difficult to carry out, of course with a good guidance, support and positive feedback from your manager and team.

Cons

The company remains being very Dutch culture oriented, the trainings are in Dutch even if there are international community in the company. The company is 100% commercial and if you do not reach the numbers they aim to, you are treated in a very different way in comparison to the ones that get better results. The work of sourcing talent can be boring sometimes, it is not that well rewarded or well appreciated either by candidates or by managers. The communication
