Pros

Extremely easy to get hired

Cons

Bad pay, bad benefits, acting like the pandemic is over, no clear path to promotion, no discussion with management about decisions that impact workers (just being told that's how it is, if you don't like it then leave), sudden layoffs without any warning

Pros

Great experience working with Office 365 products and infrastructure. Work from home. In the past great team and knowledge base. (Now a cons as management has done everything in their power to limit teamwork and collaboration.)

Cons

Below average pay. Below average PTO. No possibility for raises. No opportunities for advancement. Management is out of touch with the reality of the job. No job security. Mass layoffs occur at least once a year. You are almost never recognized for your work. If you are recognized you re never rewarded. After being told we saved the day and have drastically improved, we were also told we were receiving an 8% paycut. Most of us deserve raises and we are losing on average $300 a month with two weeks notice. NEW: During the Covid-19 crisis the company is now threatening termination if they do not provide doctor's notes for 3 absences in a 90 day period. This was 3 absences in a 30days period previously. We currently are facing a global pandemic, and we should not be going to a doctor's office for unnecessary reasons. This is how disease spreads. Having a minor case of the flu will prevent me from working. Going to the doctor will not help. Requiring me to pay a doctor, and possibly contract Covid-19 for a doctors note is absurd.
