Clueless, v poor leadership

Pros

Good core of nice people and the odd gem. Great work balance though mainly due to lack of good mgmt….you’re just left to it.

Cons

No direction, no clue, bloated governance, strangled by Manpower Group, terrible leadership, no identity, confused brand, doesn’t live its values, suck every ounce of fun out of work, would collapse in a heartbeat if for a few gems.

Staffing company, so there are a lot of remote roles.

Cons

Staffing company, so pay is pretty underwhelming. Recruiters have poor to no communication skills. That problem extends to management. No real support outside of just getting you in the door.
