Pros

You'll be technically employed, however temporarily. Twenty word minimum seems pointless when there's nothing else to say, so here's some fluff.

Cons

Employer provided health insurance is laughably expensive. You'll make as much as interns do. You also probably won't keep your job for long. It's a rigged game with Experis. Don't bother.

Pros

Honestly I cannot think of any pros of working at Experis. They pay you a sallary, so I guess that is something.

Cons

They sell themselves as a consultant firm, promise you a career path, continuous formation, etc. The reality is that I've been outsourced in another company and *they haven't contacted me for almost a year*. I don't know my manager in Experis and he doesnt know me; nobody is avaluating me, nor with me ot with the client company. Don't expect salary revision or career checks as they simply don't know who you are. Even timesheets are sent via a generic email address and they don't care to confirm reception, so really don't know anybody there. Other companies play the same game, but at least they pretend to care. Working at experis is humiliating.

Pros

easy time reporting system, no unnecessary interference from management in that regard

Cons

- initial rate of pay was very low - impossible to get an increase in your rate if you are a contractor without a prolonged fight - if you have an issue that needs an answer, they take their time getting back to you - if a contractor, they don't have your back. Your contract, despite being 'guaranteed' for a certain length of time, can be terminated without any notice at all. When that happened, I received no severance of any kind, no time on the bench, and no assistance in getting another position. I did my job well and there were never any issues about my performance, so I always found this puzzling.
