Pros

I left Experis due to a unique once in a lifetime type of opportunity, but it was a bittersweet departure to say the least. That being said, I’d like to share how impressed I’ve been with Experis lately, especially with the new leadership team brought in under Kye Mitchell. Kye and her team are truly making all the right changes, and it’s been a breath of fresh air for everyone here. Under Kye’s guidance, there’s been a renewed focus on collaboration, accountability, and transparency. She’s approachable, genuinely listens to feedback, and empowers the team to do their best work. There’s a real sense that leadership is invested in not just the bottom line, but also in creating a positive culture where everyone can thrive. We’re seeing improvements in processes, communication, and strategic alignment—things that have been overdue and are finally being addressed in a thoughtful and effective way. Kye’s sales expertise is also driving smart decisions that set us up for long-term success. Overall, it’s an exciting time to be at Experis. I felt proud to be part of a company that’s truly transforming and heading in such a positive direction, and I wish them the very best and know they’ll do very well.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is the leadership change didn’t happen sooner. The impact was felt nearly immediately and brought back a positive and exciting culture to be a part of.

Pros

A lot of autonomy in your work.

Cons

A lot of organizational shifts as the whole hierarchy is a bit jumbled and all over the place. On top of that, very little reward for hard work as you are overlooked in the org as a whole (they have been acquired by a bigger firm - leading to a much bigger pool)
