Way Better Recruiting Firms

Pros

It’s a job with a paycheck

Cons

Your base salary is low compared to other recruiting firms. They can’t keep decent account executives so you work a lot of lower level roles

Pros

- I was able to grow my experience and resume - Global experience - commission structure decent - made 6 figures in first year - hybrid

Cons

This company is the epitome of toxic positivity. I worked here for 5 years. qualified for their Circle of Stars trip for multiple years in a row. had some wild success. BUT the leadership that this company is bringing in has completely made this company one that looks at you as "just a number". they protect their Charlotte team at all costs. specifically the women that are in their little clique on that team. they only promote those who they have handpicked and "have big plans" for them. i was promised my job on multiple occasions... "you will always be safe, you're on my team and i am going to do everything i can to make you feel safe"... "no one is getting laid off, we will always keep these offices open" blah blah blah. those are the very ones who ended up laying me off 6 months later and others never speak up when they promised you a job. i truly used to love working here, in fact saw myself retiring w this company..... then i realized that their leadership only cares about themselves and when they notice things starting to take a turn in the market, they jump ship and leave their teams and make sure THEIR job is safe. its never the leaders fault when a team isnt succeeding... nooooo.. its the producers who actually bust their tails and arent filling their calendars with BS just to make it look like they are booked and busy and "triple booked" for the day.. lol. they continue to make up stupid titles to "create opportunity for others"??? MVP? please. just an excuse to continue to FEED THE FED. the rich stay rich in this company, if u arent a lucky one that lands a warm account ran by someone else for 13 years, good luck!!!! oh and lets not forget... literally 5 days after laying off hundreds of employees... posted that they were hiring for those exact same job titles like WHAT LOLLL. yall are as tone deaf as they come. clean house with the CLT clique, they will single handedly ruin this company. lesson learned, never be loyal to a global company bc they dont care about you.
