Pros

I've been very satisfied working for Experis for a total of over 6 years. The current team is great at sending out timesheet instructions for holidays and shut down periods.

Cons

The main downside for me is the lack of PTO - any time off. It depends on the client if they are willing to pay extra to cover PTO in the rate or not. I've worked on a team where there was none, and I thought it was ridiculous. I know that's the current state of things, but it just seems so heartless.

• Toxic work culture • Excessive micromanagement • Unreasonably long 90-day notice period in India • No appraisals or performance-based recognition • No salary hikes, even after completing 5 years of service • Heavy work pressure with unrealistic expectations: • Assigned 2 requisitions per week • Mandate to submit 10 candidates per week • Failure to meet targets results in being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), followed by termination

Pros

I loved working at Experis, it was my first 100% remote support job. I worked on the Microsoft Contract while they had it. Even though all my coworkers were from different parts of the world there was a real sense of community and teamwork, great communication and constant evaluations. Daily Teams meetings at start of shift helped us prepare for the day and understand where we were metrics wise and what goals we should focus on, and one on ones with management were truly helpful.

Cons

It's an outsourcing provider, so contracts can end and everybody can lose their jobs. That's what happened to me.
