Pros

Very little pressure In-house trainer is quite good Monthly high-performer lunches Manager's favourites are the 'golden boys' and can do no wrong Good interaction with director 360 consultants they have are rubbish, making it easier to stand out!

Cons

Atmosphere is like a school common room - very childish and different cliques Incredibly low salaries with zero real increases Incredibly incompetent on-site account managers Managers move goal posts in order to not promote/give payrises Very poor commission scheme for managing resourcers (2%) Forced to work rubbish roles on big accounts - as low as 6% margins and <£20k salaries, regardless of seniority Bullying; HR turned a blind eye due to one of the complaints being about a top biller. Micro management
