Pros

Good salary package in comparison with competitors (company car; fuel card; bonus system); possibility to innovate and try different approaches; room for innovation; Managers are approachable

Cons

But not enough autonomy (lot of micromanagement) and time wasted in meetings instead of moving forward; successes should be more celebrated; more respect for the recruiters' hard/difficult work is welcome

- Friendly people - Earning potential is good

Cons

- Low basic salary - Poor training for people with no prior recruitment experience - The building is atrocious (toilets and lifts are always broken!) - Lack of communication between management and staff

Pros

Managers are very open to discuss to any issues but do not have the power to solve those issues.

Cons

Experis charged £2.5 (just a figure) from their client and give employees £1. On the other hand due to these high charges employees are not allowed to do any Overtime although there lots of overtime available from the client side.
