New CEO came in and values the buck over the employee. The culture has inevitably changed for the worse with the new vision he has bestowed to the company as a whole. Offices are divided, people are less motivated due to the commission cap, and the continued effort to outsource major projects to college graduates to save a buck has been embarrassing not only to the employees, but to our customer. Just look at this video highlighting the "core program". Can you see how many contradictions are laid out in it?
