Pros

Experis makes the effort to foster a "people first" culture. For my project, this includes; -Setting up 1:1 meetings with your team lead once a month to discuss the project and your feelings on it and the team culture. -Setting up 1:1 meetings with your project lead once every 3 months to discuss the project overall in its entirety and your feelings on it. -Setting up meetings with the entire team to review the current systems in place every 4 months. -Team Managers who are willing to meet with individual employees 1:1 whenever needed. -1hr of paid self improvement time / week. This means you get paid for 1hr to spend time as you see fit, so long as it is learning a new skill. --They also offer Power You to assist with this, which teaches everything from coding to handling crucial conversations and development of professionalism. Aside from those meetings, the company also worked recently to improve its health benefits for several of its teams. Benefits include; -10 hrs of PTO earned / month -Decent health coverage -Poor vision coverage -Decent dental coverage There is a lot of room for movement in the company. Both in your own team, and to other teams.

Cons

Does not pay matching into their 401k. No longer has paid holidays. Employees must use PTO to get paid during holidays when the offices are closed. -This means you get 120 hrs of PTO/year. There are 9 Holidays which the offices close for. You get 3 days of PTO, and if you are in Washington state also get your state mandated sick time bank. Not the worst system, not the best. You may be placed on a team doing different work than you initially expected.

Pros

Not hard to get hired. Seriously, have a resume and a pulse and you're 80% there.

Cons

Holidays off unpaid, most roles are hired outside the company making no room for upward movement, management seems like they're just going through motions and don't seem that great at their jobs, company is having to keep up with rising minimum wage laws so the only people getting raises are people who are legally required to get them.
