      Pros

      Experitec is a family-friendly organizations focused on being no equal company to its principal partners, its employees, and its customers. It's leadership team is heavily engaged in the organization and quite transparent in existing climate as well as where the organization is headed. There is also a very Hugh level of focus on leadership development and finding ways to get its employees to where they would like to go in their career path. All-in-all this is a great organization to work for and a family to be part of.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be a constantly changing dynamic and dependent on a variety of factors. Ultimately the customer comes first and therefore there will be times where home time may have to be sacrificed to satisfy a given customers need.

      Small Company Values with Big Business Goals

      Pros

      This company has a culture that calls to be driven, positive, and collaborative. The leadership believes in those core values so much so that it consequently pours over to the employee's in a way that makes this a great place to work

      Cons

      Although the company provides many growth opportunities, due to the org chart being relatively flat, it takes a retirement or someone quitting to progress within the organization.
