      Pros

      Pay, benefits, atmosphere, are all above average. Management makes an effort to listen to your career needs and align with those needs. They are very flexible with your personal life trusting you don't take advantage. The work is diverse and challenging.

      Cons

      I'm still new here, but so far I have not complaints. It's really been refreshing working for a place like Experitec.

      Pros

      Experitec is a company that delivers value to their customers through innovation, great services, problem solving… I could go on and on, but I think about how rewarding it is that I can implement the knowledge I gained from my degree, as well as, getting the opportunity to help people day in and day out

      Cons

      We can tend to get into crunch situations with emergency orders, that can at times create stressful situations. But coming out of those situations you always learn a lot and are better for it.

      I take pride in knowing that the products I'm selling are recognized worldwide for their innovation, reliability, and quality. Experitec sells process control products that are consistently ranked number one in their product categories by leading industry marketing survey. Experitec has been family to me for 20 years. My mother worked here 20+ years and my daughter started calling Experitec home a little over two years ago.

      Cons

      There can be a lot to do, but I see that as a good thing and it keeps the day interesting.
