There are not any pros.

Cons

The completely misrepresented the job when going thru the interview process. The changed my title and doubled my workload without talking to me about it. Very sneaky and immature management. Their interview process is a month long, and the last interview is 3 hours long.

Free sodas. Free lunch from time to time. Good benefits (Health Insurance, ESOP, etc.)

Cons

There seems to be a dysfunctional leadership ever since the old CEO left. Flip floppy on work from home policy. Not a diverse set of employees (when I was there). Pay seemed low across all departments.
