Pros

Having worked in many different sales styled roles from tech, digital, property and now recruitment I can certainly say this offers the best work-life-balance and encourages a healthier lifestyle, it seems, unlike many companies that Explore invest in their staff because ultimately they know if their health is affected, so is the business. This type of work suits a certain type of people, you need to be motivated, hungry and willing to put the work in but if you do it pays off massively, this can be seen not just here but at all companies with a similar model, yet Explore, certainly offer the best benefits and career training up front - which could be seen as a risk to them. Generally the people who complain about sales/recruitment are the people who are not cut out for it, with over 12 years of experience in different industries, I can honestly say I wouldn't change my mind on working in these environments, you always learn, you grow and yes times can get hard but ultimately I love what I see and what I do within these industries.

Cons

Working hours will always come into this section but realistically in this industry and any sales industry in general, the time you put in, is what you get back out - if your not willing to do the time, then don't expect to make the money.

Pros

The company is growing very quickly and its a really great thing to be apart of! The mentality in the office is great, its a fast paced and a really good atmosphere everyone smashing deals and helping each other out!

Cons

In recruitment you already know that theses going to be long hours. you get out what you put in, if you want to do well in recruitment you have to put the effort in to get the rewards.

Pros

- Literally zero if I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star

Cons

How much time do you have? This place is a nightmare, so many disgruntled staff that even management don't know about. Over inflated ego's of all the managers (bar 1) which they think entitles them to talk to you like crap. Be prepared to be swore at, ridiculed, laughed at, told you are incompetent (that's me using a nice word) plus so much more. Training (unlike the clearly fake reviews suggest) is not done by directors or senior management. It is sporadic. Working hours are 8:15am-MINIMUM 7pm. Unless management walks around and calls you a pr*ck and says "i'll make you do a graveyard shift" - this will be until at least 7:30-8pm. They do not care about you or your human rights. Don't forget how bad the commission is - you doing 180 deals benefits the managers so expect it to be difficult to ever become a consultant, you will earn around £60 commission for 3 contractors running for you - not even enough for a good night out. If you are travelling from far away then they will not care and still expect you to leave very late. Two directors are in reading who you will never speak to and the one in London is actually a good guy but he obviously has his boxes to tick and therefor goes with the company culture. Very high staff turnover.
