Realistic review from an outside perspective
Pros
Having worked in many different sales styled roles from tech, digital, property and now recruitment I can certainly say this offers the best work-life-balance and encourages a healthier lifestyle, it seems, unlike many companies that Explore invest in their staff because ultimately they know if their health is affected, so is the business. This type of work suits a certain type of people, you need to be motivated, hungry and willing to put the work in but if you do it pays off massively, this can be seen not just here but at all companies with a similar model, yet Explore, certainly offer the best benefits and career training up front - which could be seen as a risk to them. Generally the people who complain about sales/recruitment are the people who are not cut out for it, with over 12 years of experience in different industries, I can honestly say I wouldn't change my mind on working in these environments, you always learn, you grow and yes times can get hard but ultimately I love what I see and what I do within these industries.
Cons
Working hours will always come into this section but realistically in this industry and any sales industry in general, the time you put in, is what you get back out - if your not willing to do the time, then don't expect to make the money.
