Directors - Not got a clue, no respect for you and will probably only know your name once you've made them money, they've tried to takeaway money from you (commission owed that yes - they will contest) or if in the height of winter you put the heating on (I have never seen an office wearing coats/jackets inside - its 2017, get a grip.. ) Management - They will know your name but still doesn't mean they have a clue.
