Pros

There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

The management are horrendous and want to line their pockets themselves. As for the Directors, they should be fired and the CEO should revamp who his right hand men are. Disgusting is the way they treat people and the way they talk to colleagues. I would give an advice to whomever is hopefully reading this review before thinking about joining. Don’t look at the 5 stars review, most of them are from people who were there for only a week and were told to post a review, to which they will obviously give 5 stars, because the first week is amazing. The rest if the reviews are from people who have been there for years and are at management level and just want to boost the number up because otherwise this company would barely stand on 2 stars, and I’m being nice. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did, there are so many amazing recruitment companies out there who are managed by honest people who actually love to connect the right candidate to the right company and they don’t have to lie to do so. Passionate people who are not just doing this for the money.

Pros

I have met some good consultants and whilst it does almost have the feeling that you're all in the trenches together, some of the consultants (who were there when I was) definitely made it more bearable.

Cons

Could write a Charles Dickens novel in this section but I won't - I'll write enough to hope you make the right decision. Directors - Not got a clue, no respect for you and will probably only know your name once you've made them money, they've tried to takeaway money from you (commission owed that yes - they will contest) or if in the height of winter you put the heating on (I have never seen an office wearing coats/jackets inside - its 2017, get a grip.. ) Management - They will know your name but still doesn't mean they have a clue. Lack of disrespect at times is unbelievable, some of the things I have heard said to consultants you wouldn't expect to hear in Bullingdon prison.. There is a reason that the number of consultants is now less than it was 2 years ago - don't believe the number of employees on Linkedin - I'll leave it as "False" not Fraudulent. Holidays - You will have to beg, borrow .. you get the idea. Training - In no way special - doesn't continue after you leave the classroom.. look at the careers some people have gone on to have in recruitment that were deamed surplus to requirements due to not being up to scratch. "Have you got a minute" - Secret meetings about pretty much anything ranging from; why you were a minute late (despite the fact you were in the office until 8pm and have also been on the phone whilst on the train into work.. ), what reason will be given for someone leaving (drug problems and alcoholic are some of my personal favourites) or even why are you still eating a sandwich at 1:31 despite working through your lunch - save it for 5:30.
