Cons

Everyone on poor reviews has hit the cons all the good reviews are fake and should be taken down. Why ? Because the owner wrote them or the owner told someone to write the them. Read all the poor reviews there all true!

Pros

Great working environment with awesome coworkers and if you don't like to work at one spot there are plenty of sites to work. You get a work vehicle, company card to pay all work expenses, all the dogs here are taken care of like one of the family, If you like working getting extra time for work there are sites that can be worked in the afternoon into the night. You can also go and do paid training on your time off, If you need time off just give the boss time in advance and she will work with you the best she can. This job is great but it is what you make off it, if you just do your job the right way then you will be a happy employee.

Cons

There isn't to many cons other then sometimes you work a lot of hours but that can be good depending on the individual. If you don't do all your paperwork or train like you are suppose to then it can get stressful for the individual to get caught up quick as possible. But that falls on the individual who didn't get it done in time. With any job sometimes we get individuals here who try to play the system and get caught then just drop leash so they don't have to deal with the after math so when that happens it screws the rest of the employees.

Pros

ECI is a great place to jump-start your career after the military or if you've recently retired, it'll be the easiest stress-free job you'll have. All the employees at ECI are all former Military, making the transition easier if you're just getting out. With a take-home vehicle and company credit card to pay for gas and all expenses for the dog, all you have to do is show up and do your job. You also may have the option to travel but that's a decision that's completely up to you. We have many locations across the country that may be available for you to either work at or visit for training. Last but not least, bonuses are given out to those who go above and beyond their normal duties, both quarterly and annually.

Cons

If you end up working in the D.C. area, the hours can be long. So, if you don't mind working an easy job, collecting multiple hours of overtime, then you'll be fine.

Thank you, the team members we are trying to attract and retain, do consider this "easy work" but that is because those team members are squared away! If you excelled while in the military and will bring that work ethic to us, we would love to have you, and you will find it to be easy work!
