Pros

Your coworkers are some of the best people you'll meet. Most people I've met are highly motivated and so intelligent. Projects are pretty cool and usually the sponsors' budgets are pretty generous. But there is a culture of burn-out here, but I guess that could be the consulting culture. High turnover rates- usually you won't see people there for over 1.5 years. Generally your work schedule is pretty flexible depending on the demand of each project.

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest. Company doesn't celebrate many holidays that others do (e.g MLK). Only offer about 5% discount on stocks last time I checked. Pay isn't the best compared to other consulting companies.

Pros

-Get to work on a variety of projects and learn new things every day. -Frequently work with higher level people in the company. They are willing to teach new people from their experience. -We can manage our own schedule. If no meetings or urgent work due, then work schedule is quite flexible as long as work is done with quality and in timely manner. - Colleagues are really smart and hard working. - A great team work environment.

Cons

- Although there’s a lot of flexibility to work schedule, every week and even every day workflow is not predictable ahead of time in the entry level. - Quick turnover projects don’t give predictable amount of utilization. - Have to spend a lot of effort to look for work by ourselves, otherwise utilization will be low. But it’s hard to get involved in projects when we are new. - Hard to balance between client work and personal professional development with so much emphasis on utilization.
