Very "old School" Technology is lacking Groups tend to be very hierarchical Any company even feels forced, people are there to work, not have fun

Pros

great benefits, generous vacation (accrual to 40 days), I'm allowed to get my duties done without someone looking over my shoulder all the time. As long as I can get the high-priority jobs done on time, my low-priority jobs can get done in rotation so I'm not stuck doing the same things for hours on end. This wide variety of tasks makes the day fly by.

Cons

Not enough training. Software designed for our company can be awkward to find a way through at times. Trying to get all the employees to use the same design for reports is a challenge when they are unwilling to learn how to use the forms because they are under pressure to produce and bill.
