      Pros

      You can make a lot of positive connections with other companies. If you meet the sales requirements commissions can be good.

      Cons

      Depends on the office you work at but I worked at the office in Burlington and the owner was not a very professional person. If you weren't succeeding rather than motivate and train you to succeed she cut you down. Focused on your faults rather than your strengths. High turn over rate.
