Pros

Strong company with good values. Lots of online training material. A good employment firm compared to some dicey competition.

Cons

All offices are independently owned. BEWARE of small offices since the owners usually won't have adequate time to train properly, and be overly stressed about numbers constantly since it's their own money they've invested in the business. VERY FOCUSED on sales/numbers... constant pressure on staff to make more calls, more interviews, more appointments, more clients, etc. Once heard an owner actually say they regretted getting into the business as they didn't realize the amount of sales involved.

Pros

Strong corporate support (the are franchised) Strong national Presence and name recognition Corporate culture is excellent - not necessarily with the local franchises

Cons

Franchise owned, so each office will be as good as it's ran by the local franchise owner. Has the potential and corporate support to be outstanding but unfortunately, some locations/franchises fall quit short of their potential. Does not allow the "salaried" recruiters to take lunches. Requires employees to use PTO for doctor visits though the average team member is a salried employee and works well beyond 9 hours on daily basis. Does not offer medical benefits. Time off package is NOT competitive within the industry.
