Pros
-The best thing is job security and the health insurance benefits (with alots of t&c applied but can be ignorable) -work life balance will be zero as they have 10 hours shift timing .. core night shifts plus rotational other shifts. BUT If you're not married or staying away from family this might not be that big issue. - They provide transportation facilities. - Good canteen service very hygienic and quality food will be served .(but bit expensive compared to other companies I know.) - They did a-lot during corona days provided WFH facilities and even helped taking vaccines providing medicines and online doctors medical assistance throughout all the waves. -They provide GYM , playing areas every Fridays will be fun Friday and small events will always be there - Fit4life will motivate you to stay healthy . Cons
ncrement rate is pathetic You can't survive in their hike with current inflation rate. If you won't get process as per your education or past experience then all your efforts will go in vain . As few process are like just copy paste kinda work nothing new to learn . And once you leave other companies will again hire you as fresher..
