      Great office environment when it was allowed. Great to see current customers and bringing new clients.

      Cons

      Little benefits, minimum training, low pay, pushing the pavement a lot. Felt at times that if you needed to take time off, I felt a guilt trip over me.

      Pros

      -will gain sales experience. -will do very well in the company if you are young and good looking.

      Cons

      -Underpaid. Base salary is extremely low for industry as well as requiring that employees work over time without pay. -Sales goals are based on antiquated numbers and metrics. -Self-insured, benefits aren't great for this reason. j -Most of upper management cares very little about the people working the front lines. -arbitrary promotions based on anything but merit and performance.
