      They are a bit deceptive with pay. They had me drive 2 hours each way for a shift and didn’t compensate when they made it seem like they would

      Great company culture, helpful leadership, career advancement opportunities, clear job expectations; overall great place to work!

      Cons

      Rapid company growth has caused me to have to learn and grow quickly with the company, which is strenuous at times, but I know it's all for our long-term benefit, and I'm grateful to have support along the way. Great to get in on the ground floor with such a rapidly expanding company!

      Pros

      The company is on an incredible trajectory. Behind an inspiring leadership team, the company continues to grow and create opportunities for itself to succeed. The people here are incredible and management takes great care to communicate and ensure that you have the tools you need to succeed.

      Cons

      The company is growing tremendously, but this does not come without it's growing pains. Naturally, processes are catching up with growth and flexibility is essential while changes are implemented.
