Pros

The company is on an incredible trajectory. Behind an inspiring leadership team, the company continues to grow and create opportunities for itself to succeed. The people here are incredible and management takes great care to communicate and ensure that you have the tools you need to succeed.

Cons

The company is growing tremendously, but this does not come without it's growing pains. Naturally, processes are catching up with growth and flexibility is essential while changes are implemented.

Pros

I started with Express in June of this year. I was excited to start with a company while they have such huge growth potential. I started as a scheduling specialist, and after just 2 months was promoted to management. I love my new job, and my supervisors have been incredibly supportive. I haven't been this happy in the work place since well before the pandemic.

Cons

The only cons have to do with PTO availability. I came from a company where I had 3 weeks PTO and 1 week of sick time. It's definitely a smaller company so I can understand why the structure is different. However, I am hopeful this will change as the company grows.
