      Pros

      A large company that feels like a mom and pop business! Open door policy for all employees, and very reactive to concerns. This company really treats its employees like family. I have personally witnessed the owner and CEO calling employees to check on them after a loss, I have seen the company go out of its way to help as well. This company has heart!

      Cons

      Every dog has fleas, and you cant make everyone happy, but there is a reason why we have tenured employees with out much turnover. The ones who have left and griping have almost always fired themselves. This can be a great career if you have the tenacity, and dedication. The winners will win, the losers will blame others.

      Fun and Growing Company

      Pros

      I joined this company a little less than a year ago and it has been a tremendous experience thus far! The company has new ownership and new leadership that is focused on growth, creating a best in class customer experience and developing a great work environment for the internal team. I am excited for the future growth prospects and opportunities not only for the business but for my career as well.

      Cons

      The location can be a bit of a challenge but is negligible when compared to future personal growth opportunities.

      Great leadership and organization to work for. Express provides as much personal opportunity as one could want. Gaining employment here is one of the best decisions I've made.
