Being new to Express Flooring all I can say is wow! I've met the CEO & other memberships of leadership in my first week; they all have high moral character that genuinely want the sales team to succeed. The training here is thorough, follow the process, be coachable, then the sky's are the limits. I recommend this company to anyone who is in sales.

Everyone is invested in you are success. There’s so much support. No negativity. no games.

Cons

You have to be able to engage with a lot of different personalities with customers, but there’s always somebody there to support you, help you, and offer suggestions.
