      Let's start with the fake positive reviews to drive down the negative reviews. Then the bait and switch tactics they still do on customers and the false advertising practices which are blatant lies about the discounted prices. The work culture hasn't improved much and all I can say is if you have any morals or ethics, you will stay clear of this company. They had to expand into another state because they couldn't keep growing in Arizona because Consumers here were getting too smart and the lies and negative reviews and the bullying of unhappy customers was catching up with them.

      Run Away as fast as you can

      Pros

      Low standards and allow things to slide for a long time as long as you're making them money or no one raises a stink about it.

      Cons

      They still run the company like it's the 1960's and they are the only game in town and customers don't have options or know how to shop around. No benefits, no direct deposit. Stealing and ripping people off is encouraged and nurtured. They don't honor agreements, or the "lifetime installation warranty". They have zero respect for employees, vendors or customers. The owner is blinded by his greed. Anyone who works for them or buys from them deserves what they get. You have been warned. All of the positive reviews are bribed customers.
