Pros

Friendly co-workers will to help if you ask for help. Stable job. Able to slack off. Certain bosses will approve overtime.

Cons

Certain people in management need to learn how to properly communicate with employees rather than bad mouth. No proper training. Must learn on the go. Float or sink mentality. Management not willing to pay you what you are worth. Have certain employees that slack off while some have to work much harder.

It was a roller coaster ride, with its daily up and downs in production and on shop floor.

Pros

Company is excellent to work for as long as you need employment, and don't care if you become just a number to them, instead of an employee inproduction.

Cons

They seem to be concentrated more on tomorrow than what is happening today making them a good company, instead of the great company they once were. They have lost touch with the customer wants and needs versus their own daily demands.
