Aggressive culture but no work prioritization

Pros

Great for go-getters, lots of projects/initiatives to sink their teeth into They truly want to fulfill the mission of fast/accurate prescriptions The culture likes innovation and getting things done

Cons

If you have 5 things on your plate they are all top priority (and you clearly don't have enough to do!) Leadership tramples on workers to accomplish the company's goals Run-and-gun environment; getting it done trumps pausing to think how to do it better

Pros

Location, relative to STL metro area (south, west, IL all reasonable drive). Dynamic environment. Fair pay, sometimes good-great bonus.

Cons

Missed bonus last year, hopefully doesn't repeat. Can be a highly political atmosphere.
