Pros
When Medco, it was an excellent company to work for. Since Express Scripts bought out Medco, all downhill the way management runs the company. Many many employees do not understand managements decisions
Cons
Management keeps you in the dark - everything is so secretive - you cannot reach out to anyone in management except your immediate Supervisor - Supervisors do not stick up or fight for their Team members - false information is consistently given out - despite its size a very phony company
