Pros

Had income coming in, had opportunity to earn more income.

Cons

They make most other call centers seem like a piece of cake. Back to back to back to back calls, especially during day shift and peek times. Strict scripts to go by. Almost every call is a bad call and most times you could tell it was Express Scripts fault. The company continued to raise standards that seemed almost unreachable. Not the job for parents who don't have a very good family plan in case your child gets sick. They can care less. I hear it has gotten better, but it is only from people within management. I would need to get on Valium to go back to that job again.

Pros

generous PTO earning, roughly 6 hours per 80 hr pay period. decent health benefits/affordable

Cons

MANY! short notice mandatory overtime, no matter how badly it messes with your life. not a good place for people with children/families, students or people who like to sleep or have a life. poor training high school drama, only the in crowd gets promotions, raises, recognition takes no brain power to do your job, a monkey could do it high turn over they preach "express way values" but don't live them management that is totally out of touch with employees you are just a number to your supervisor "witch hunts" for anyone who isn't in a manager's pocket
