Recruiter was not clear about work schedule. When we were 3 days from finishing training, we picked our schedule from a paper that other people got to pick from as well. The further down you get picked, the worse the remaining schedules were.

Really kind people, no micro-managing, flexibility, great work/life balance

Cons

So much disorganization and I was working during the Cigna buy out so even more disorganization on top of that. i can't stress enough that no one knew what was going on.

Strong Teams. Good people. Good work life balance. Overall positive experience with the company. I would recommend to work here - be sure to 'interview your proposed team' to determine a good fit.

Cons

Archaic processes. Company likes to promote external employees over internal employees. if you start below market, you will stay below market - be sure to know your worth.
