Extell definitely requires a strong work ethic and great work product, however for those who work hard and perform well, there are unlimited opportunities. It’s not for those who want to coast or just collect a paycheck. The projects that we oversee are complex and critical and everyone is encouraged to take ownership in everything they do. We have an amazing group of professionals whose work, leadership, suggestions, etc are greatly appreciated. Management rolls up their sleeves to help with projects and meet goals and objectives. They truly care about each and every team member and support all in every way possible.

Benefits are not very competitive and 401K match doesn’t start until 2 years.

Thank you for this feedback! With regard to our 401(k) plan, the Company matches 100% of employee deferrals up to 2% and this match begins as of plan enrollment.
