      Nothing to be really honest. My experience there was miserable.

      Low starting salaries Bad location Loss of repeat business guests over the past 4-5 years as service has declined Low to minimal standards for cleanliness and Guest satisfaction Lazy work environment accepted and reinforced by management Rude and abusive guests allowed to stay Bad work - life balance Bad management The under-performing employees are retained and good employees are burned out or leave for better opportunities Other area Extended Stay America locations are better and have better management. I recommend Brookfield (great manager there) and Waukesha!
