Cons
No formal training- I was trained by someone who has been there less than a month and didn't have much training herself. We didn't have clean pillows to change out for guests. Trash from night before (we weren't allowed to take out trash at night) was still there the next night (24 hours sitting in hallway) No break room. There is not space to fold laundry out of view of guests (terrible service). There was no training on how to fold laundry- so it looks all different and not very professional. Couldn't get a hold of a manager when needed with problems with the system. Overbooked without training on how to cancel/refund. Lack of training lead to free rooms (My coworker told people to pay in the morning) No way of getting help and I was to be on my own after 3/4 nights of "training" Customer Service was lacking, I was left to figure out how to check in people with a video which lead to confusion. I was empathetic towards the guests and their time over my lack of training.
