No training, lazy managers, rude customers (I've had to call the cops on customers), and no ability to move up.

Pros

They try to help balance work with daily life. They like to promote from within providing you the knowledge and skill training to achieve advancement.

Cons

Not a very competitive pay scale for work they expect completed. Slightly inconsistent with the upgrades to the hotels - which effects customer service.
