no pros but the 401k that's the only thing good I have found about this company

I have been with this company for approximately 4 years, and I absolutely love my job, I work with some awesome people and great team players, my GM and District Mgn are the best, every since I started if I needed help, I felt bad but yet comfortable calling my district mgn for help, he still to this day inspires me to be the best I can, and with my new mgn, my job is pretty much perfect, he is awesome as well, I am treated with respect and if I need help these guys are always there for me, talk about team players, they are the best! And if you are reading this looking for a job, I do know a couple of the managers in the Cincinnati area that are equally awesome. my only advice is, if you are looking for a job just to have a job then don't bother wasting everyone's time... If you want a job that make you feel like your a part of the family and your willing to give 100% then welcome to our family, believe it or not when you work hard in this company upper management does notice, this is truly a great place to work!!
