      Pros

      Very nice company to work for, the extended stay segment can be challenging, but being able to make a difference in the lives of some of your guests makes it all worth it! The company aims to make a difference in the community and has very strong values. For instance, our partnership with the American Cancer Society helps many cancer patients seek treatment closer to their friends and family, and treatment centers of choice. There are plenty of advancement opportunities within the company and managers tend to be very strong. -Etienne Gerdes

      Pros

      Good company culture, nice work environment, right on the golf course so nice view, the company is growing and going in a good direction with the expansions and franchising. Good support from managers and higher ups and opportunities to grow do exist. You won't be expected to work nights/weekends.

      Nothing notable! Overall, it is a 9-5 office job so, what you'd expect, but better than most that I have experienced!
