Pros

Flexible weekly schedules and great laidback managers who generally care about you and want to see you succeed. Decent pay and if you wanted to work more hours, it was possible to do so with neighboring hotels and ongoing hotel projects

Cons

strict hours for 7-3 or 3-11 for front desk agents. If coworkers don't pull their weight, you're stuck doing their work. Uniforms were a little silly and uncomfortable to wear, had to wear vests to work.
