Little to no supervision after 3pm

Guests are rude, company operations is a mess, no corporate help, tacky and cheap on amenities.

Great value for guests and employees. Some locations are hidden gems with fantastic customer service and extremely clean rooms.

Cons

Sometimes low rates lead to undesirables who spoil the rooms. Very few negatives.

Pros

Our team empathizes with numerous guest and make the atmosphere a home away from home experience! Management is always courteous to work around everyone's schedule's and the team pulls together to cover each others shifts. It's never a dull moment working at ESA and I frequently laugh out loud.

Cons

May have some disagreements from time to time but what family doesn't.
