Pros

overall training. ESA invest in the proper training for their GMs. I feel very confident in my role as a first time GM. ESA is very supportive, and they give their employees tools to perform their job

Cons

Staffing issues if your hotel is located away form public transportation.

the company offer great experience and helps build your resume as well. You can grow so much at extended stay America. The managers work with your schedules and value their employees.

The hotel maintence could be a lot better to help assist guest.
