      Pros

      Working at the corporate office in Charlotte is great. The building is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. This is a great place to start right out of college because they really try to promote from within the company and will help you learn the skills to do so. Its also nice to be able to work regular business hours in the hospitality industry.

      Cons

      The commute. Charlotte traffic is terrible, so if you want to work here make sure to live in South Charlotte. The drive from Lake Norman area can be a 1+ hour drive. There is a HUGE disconnect between corporate employees and employees at the property level and this causes a ton of issues with billing, and procedures for large accounts.
