Pros

They repainted out hotel like, 3 years ago. That's about it.

Cons

This company is a joke and I am getting out soon. I've worked here for 4 years because my husband had his own business. But now he's retiring in a month or two and I am leaving. The company often screws up the budget. Then restricts supply ordering. Then scores go down and they blame the GMs. In most places the pay for hourly employees is topped by Burgerking and McDonalds. But the executives at corporate honestly think that people don't take jobs or leave jobs because of pay rate. They actually said this at their ridiculous GM / DM meeting. The GM / DM meetings cost 2 million dollars to tell us about a new hotel concept they "might" build. The company hasn't built a building in 10 years and they expect us to believe they are going to build modern hotels when they wont even let us order all the toilet paper we need for guests. They micromanage the hotel to where GMs can recruit or schedule their own interviews. We have to ask permission to terminate bad employees from some guy in Corporate. This process takes approx 3 weeks. GMs orders are often cut and undermined by DMs and above. They company DOES NOT PAY ANY MONEY TOWARDS MANAGERS PHONEBILLS but expects manager to be available 24/7. The turn over is exceedingly high because there is 0 opportunity. The people whom have tolerated this place for any length or time are all DMs by now and are all shining examples of the Peter Principle. There are some districts that are several missing GM's. As if it's any wonder this company cares little about its people and offers little to no room to move up. I have met some wonderful people and guests over the years but they usually move on. Unless you desperately need a job, i'd look elsewhere. And if you do desperately need a job, just keep looking after you start so you can get away from this company.
