      Good company to start for Customer Service career seekers. Excellent practice in communicating as with customers as employees. Some position/level separated trainings provided. Possible career growth.

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work every single day, I feel really fortunate to have a job where I can feel appreciated for all the work I do, the company does a great job in recognizing hard work even from upper managment! I recently received an award and they are flying me out to Chicago for an award ceremony! My managers even cut me a cake to celebrate!

      Cons

      Wish they would have started this before but none the less the company has made so many amazing changes and is all about continous improvement!
