Pros

It's slow at times and you can do homework if you like our watch a movie s long as you keep an eye out for guests. Ok benefits too with 7 free stay per year

Cons

You're alone, so if you have a complicated customer, you can't talk to your manager or anything. You're pretty much limited since you don't have the power to change prices or give the room the guests wants. There are times that it's overbooked and guest cannot be taken even though they have a reservation.
