Good vacation benefits the longer you are there.

Cons

Senior leadership completely disconnected from the hotel level, no clue, forever changing. Staff overworked, no thank you. Expectation non existent. Don’t expect to move up, they do not “grow their own”

I have no comment because of the way I was treated the last 3 of the 17 years working for ESA.

Cons

A lot of promises but DM can’t keep his word. Will always say “I’m here to help “ that just means nothing. They are trained to delegate & when you need assistance after you’ve committed over 15 years they will take advantage of you & basically lie to you.

none. if I have to name one I would say the guest.

Cons

front office is unexperienced and shows favoritism. no training provided. constantly insulted and snapped at. no matter how hard I work,no recognition. Co workers enjoy kicking guest out ,even if they call to say payment will be an hour late.
