Thank you for your feedback on flexfirst approach here at Extreme, glad to see this is working very well. All our policies including compensation and benefits are constantly reviewed to keep ourselves well positioned in the talent market and make changes as deemed fit.
I feel I have the space and autonomy to do my job and make things better, and I always feel backed up by my manager. There is a good atmosphere among colleagues. Not for anyone who does not like constant change! :-)
